1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using C-WATS and its interconnected academic modules (including CImp, IT-Workshop, KTU Discrete Math, EEIPR, FOCFHWTWD, DigiDes, and related platforms), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
2. Educational & Non-Commercial Purpose
C-WATS is an open academic ecosystem created by students of Vidya Academy of Science and Technology under ATS_PDZ. All content, notes, model papers, code samples, and resources provided on C-WATS are strictly intended for educational, non-commercial, self-study, and research purposes.
3. Ecosystem Relationship with HexnicAI
C-WATS operates alongside HexnicAI under the shared ATS_PDZ umbrella. While C-WATS is dedicated to subject-specific academic website modules (study notes, labs, and question banks), HexnicAI provides an all-purpose AI-powered learning environment (featuring StudyAI, FocusAI, SpeakEasy Tools, and C Program Master).
Both platforms are independent sibling initiatives sharing a common vision of empowering students. Accessing HexnicAI via external links (e.g., hexnicai.vercel.app ) is governed by its respective service terms and features.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The original layout, design, web architecture, branding, and aggregated study guides published on C-WATS are owned by ATS_PDZ and its student contributors. Reference materials, university syllabi, or official question papers remain the property of their respective academic authorities (e.g., APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University - KTU).
5. Use of External Modules & Links
C-WATS provides direct access to external module web applications hosted on independent domains (such as Vercel subdomains). While these modules are part of the C-WATS ecosystem, users are advised to review any site-specific guidelines applicable when navigating external resources.
6. User Conduct & Community Guidelines
When submitting feedback or contacting the team, users agree not to transmit spam, offensive language, or malicious content. Constructive feedback that helps improve the platform for all engineering students is strongly encouraged.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
C-WATS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While our team makes every effort to ensure accuracy in model answers and study notes, students should verify information against official university regulations and textbooks.
